Will this Heritage seat fit?
Got a question I hope someone can answer before I need to go pick the seat up at 12:00 today. I called the dealer that's local to me and was informed it would however, a second (or third or fourth) opinion is needed since my neighbor says it might not. I have a 2005 Heritage and can buy a newer 2007 Heritage seat for 150.00 new. When I was at the dealer I noticed I liked the comfort of the newer Heritage seats than the stock one I have in my '05.
Any info or help would be appreciated!

Well, hope I can get my money back or resell it since it doesn't work with the 05,,,And would like to strangle the idiot that assured me it would fit that works at my local dealer. Seems the 07 on up have two bolts or studs coming up from the fender and something else used to hlod the passenger seat....*%&#$@

No, however I did look and found that the plastic frame for the seat looks about the same size and shape as the original seat I have. I never did upholstery but found a good place a couple of towns away from me...will be bringing both in today and see if he can just take the seat material and the padding and transfer it to the old one. Not sure if the passenger seat can be done since the new one has a little difference in shape but I could always use the old one! Not too worried about the passenger seat matching fully on the seam style.
