Default Seat height discrepancy...
Harley advertises and releases for reviews a seat height of 24.5" for the Deluxe, but you'll notice a second height of 25.9" UNLADEN. //WHAT IS THE MEANING OF LADEN?

un - .... not,remove,without
-laden ... weight, loaded, piled upon

with rider on bike seat will be lower than when no one is on bike.
