Default Deluxe model year difference!

Can someone tell me if there is any differences from the 2005 Deluxe model versus a newer year model? Such as frame, suspension, overall ride etc.

thanks
Rick

Motor uses hydraulic tensioners and is obviously a different size.

The transmission is a six speed and uses an entirely different primary (component wise).

Gearing is different.

O2 sensors for a closed loop efi system and canbus on some years

Some other things are different as well but these are the big ones

I believe 07 and up=6 speed, 4 pin canbus system, 2012 and up 103 twincam. 2016 and up Cruise control, ABS standard equipment, throttle by wire, 6pin canbus. Plus all that misfitJason listed.

When you say closed loop O2 sensors, does that mean the ecm alters the fuel ratio based on readings from the o2 sensors? I'm curious how my 2017 works.

It adds or removes fuel via feedback from the o2 sensors to achieve a desired set afr
