i want to put wheels from a 2010 cross bones on my 1992 fat boy. I think the bearings in the wheels off the x bones are 25 mm the fat boy axle is 1 inch can I swap the bearings and use the newer wheels?

A 1992 fatboy has 3/4 axles...it would be easy to use the front wheel with 25mm to 3/4 axle adapters and custom spacers...may have to space the brake rotor also. The rear crossones wheel is for a 200 tire and will not work at all without MAJOR modifcations to the bike.
