Hi...I swapped my bars yesterday an after putting it all back together I have some problems...I slide the gas tank back to double check connections an checked the fuses.

when I turn the key on I have a headlight, one tail light an gas gauge. No hi beam indicator or neut indicator no odometer display...the fuel pump does kick on.

anyone dealt with this before an where should I look?

 

Look for a wire pulled loose from a connector.

 

wires at the connectors looks good, but I pulled the clutch handle an looks like I pinched 2 wires from the controls in the clutch perch when I tightened it up...I HATE ELECTRICAL REPAIRS!!

I usually save mods like this after season's over. Yeah, I know. Looks easy enough, right?

 

I thought it'd be a breeze an a day an a half later it's back together! Everything works but one running light. I'll get back to it another time...time to ride.
