got this led from China and dont know if I have to conect the led through the wire with that black box or just it is?

Is the black box supposed to be the resistor? Any docs come with it?

Looks like it might be an anti-flicking device. Some LED lights may flicker (dim to bright) at a very high rate, the device filters the power.

don't use the plug with the black box. if you do your high beam will work for a few seconds then turn off. just plug the light straight in
