Does anybody recognise the pipes on the attached picture, or who ownes/build it?

Love the look of those exhausts...

the look good for a single rider, not with a passenger, and not with that side mount plate either

I've never seen an exhaust like that...is it a one off? Very cool looking bike.

Thinking it is a once of too... although the from the front it has a heat shield too....

nope, did not ask for opinions....
well, asking a question on this forum is asking for opinions.. but i didn't really give an opinion, just by looking at the way the pipes stick out i don't think rear pegs or boards would work. plus i think the pressure from them would beat the crap out of your plate holder. so it was really more of an observation. so next time maybe you can just appreciate it instead of being an dink

They look like canisters off a crotch rocket added to some pipes.

Vitally everything on that bike is modified/custom made...can't see those being off the shelf pipes.
