I disagree, the purpose of a Softail is to have a nice looking design without looking at exposed shocks. Its been a good design for a long time, and it just got better. I think the new bikes are pretty great, and like every other Harley on the face of the planet, can be styled into whatever vibe is your bag. The MoCo should be commended for being innovative, despite what some of its existing customers think. Companies dont survive by purveying thier old tech. They will be supporting your current bikes for years and years, just like they've always done. If you all like having a dealership at all, you should be embracing their efforts to remain viable, i.e. continue existing at all. If you dont like the new rides, ride the bike you have.

I stand ready to support my local dealer and I'm committed to buying several new modern 2018 T-Shirts. But I want new modern styling efforts from the mothership. Not just the same old Skull's, flames and fine babes on bikes. I want some stylish Dragons riding Fat Boy's, some Steroid-ed Hog's on Mono-Shock HD's, some cleavage shots on NON-Studded Heritage's...YAH...then I can say I have been there...and I bought a T-shirt

Note to self...no more 2 Martini lunch's...LOL
