I too like the FAT CAT'S they are D&D'S and a very quality pipe, but at the time I saw a BOARZILLA and thought that was a good one because of it had a Performance Baffle and it is on the LOUD side but if you stay off gas they are O.K. but I love the wicked sound they make when I go thru the gears on high side, People do hear you and get out of your way!! PURPLE HAZE.
I finally got my Fat Cat 2-1 for my custom, they are great sounding pipes. (They are a little bit loud, but I will get use to it) They are definitely tuned and they sound like it. Seems to have a better response taking off and running down the road. Even my ridingbuddy said it seems that I was out of the gate a lot faster.Theother thing about them is they look good.
They have a cable controlled baffle which can be quiet as stock when closed and loud as straight pipes when opened.......they are all stainless steel except for the chrome heat shields. as for preformance.....the old evo seems to run well with them. I love the look......You don't see it every day on the road
