Adding speakers to 2018 fat Bob stereo install

As for your speaker install, I did the boom audio for my wife's bike. The instructions suck, everything refers to the service manual and to top it off, there's a switch that's wired in between the battery terminals and the power, 3 wires in total. The instructions tell you to wire it into the fuse box, refer to service manual, service manual tells you squat about wiring in audio equipment.
I wired directly to the terminals (old school style) and the system drained the battery in about two days. You will need this Relay Service Kit P/N 69200397 which plugs into the ecm data port plug and has terminals that allow you to wire things like heated gear, audio and so forth to keep that from happening. Unless you know this walking in the door most likely you will be sent home without the relay switch and be left wiring directly to the battery.
One thing about boom audio, it comes with a plug for adding an amplifier that you need to zip tie up and hide.
That's the best info i can give you, the hardest part is removing the tank and understand the instructions that were clearly written by a woman under the direction to confuse the hell out of someone without much experience wrenching on bikes, thus requiring you to take it to the dealer.

I am assuming you would be running Bluetooth off your phone to listen to this music?
The bike has a USB port on the neck. You can get your power from there. Pick up any Bluetooth speaker(s) that is powered off a USB plug. Make yourself (or buy), some way to mount it (possibly on the handlebar or down tube?) and you are done.
No service manual, no tank removal, easy, cheap (not as cheap as headphones), and you have yourself an easy removable speaker system for your bike.
