Very nice bike mate. Are you planning on keeping the stock exhaust with the Screamin Eagle slips ons or changing the pipes? I personally prefer the look of the upsweep stock exhaust.. mufflers in black work well with Industrial Grey Denim.
I like the way it looks for now. we'll see how I feel once I hit the 1000 mile mark and what options are out. Might look into some diff tuning options then as well.
Very nice indeed - and great to see someone biting the bullet and going all the way from the start!
Keep us posted on how she runs. I see Stage 2 plus heads on my bike in the future, but not sure I would spend the coin for 114" to 117". I might wait for aftermarket bigger bore kits as I "think" 124" is possible on these bikes with drop-in jugs - in fact I think someone has them available already but can't remember who...

I have been looking at the Fuel Moto M8 120" kit. The torque numbers look amazing. 140 lbs from 3 to 5k rpms and it still pulls hard. There is not enough rear tire on this bike to handle those torque numbers.
I was thinking of going the fuel moto route but decided with a fairly new engine for harley and a brand new model I would like to keep the warranty intact for a couple years. That's the beauty of the stage kit. Couldn't imagine what the 120-124 kits would be like. After Just finishing another 20 mi ride befor the rain comes back here in Seattle. The diff between the stock 114 and the stage 4 is night and day pulls every bit as hard on the low end and is a totally diff animal in the upper range. Consistent power right up to redline. The larger throttle body is alittle touchy compared to the stock bike but as always clutch control is key.
