Cheers for the info.. 30mm hole saw on an extension and 5mins later all finished and I now have a not overly loud straight through 2:1:2

i have a plan plan for the Cat, but I need a tuner first.

Does anyone know if the stock factory tips fit the street cannons? I would think they would, and I like the look of the slash tips better.


Plus it saves me $120.

Yes, they do. Same three hole mounting set up

Steve Cole - those numbers look great. If I wasn't nursing the warranty for now I'd be tempted to come knocking on your door. I like power and bang for the buck, but I want it to be streetable and long lived. I think you guys cover it well.
That was me Fish but my Indy tells me yep it's(cat) still in the muffler it's just deceiving he reckons it fooled him too till he worked it out .
My bad.

One of the cats. before I removed them.
The Cats are in the headers and not the mufflers for the fxfbs, 100% guarantee..

Saw them in half at the weld between the balance tube and the cat.. drill like an idiot with a couple of 32mm wood drills, clean it all up (wear a protective mask and do this outdoors!).. then ask the finest artisan welder in the country to weld them back together..!

while you’re at it.. 30mm core drill the standard silencers and get them satin black coated..

I like the standard look, and now I have the free flowing 2:1:2 that Harley envisaged.. power cam and tune on Wednesday.. shame it’s winter and the roads are like glass!
