None of the cable manufacturers have cables available yet so seeing anything past harley accessory lengths is gonna be tough. Even within that spec it's hard because everything for the new bikes seems to be on backorder til december.
My dealer, Westcoast in the NL, is building a custom on the fb 114 base. Thinner wheels, cut-of rear fender with mini tail light build in and apes. I seriously don't think this fits the bike. Looks like a sports bike bike with a HD makeover. A not too high t-bar may fit the sporty line better. (I think)
Puttnutt24 has a pretty good thread going here. He did bars on his '18 Fat Boy S. I like how when it comes to the clutch cable and brake line, you only need to replace the upper parts (as long as you have ABS). Harley seems to sell all the wire extensions and longer clutch cable/brake line sections.
11"-12" t-bars on the Fat Bob would be cool. Hell ... even some apes might look alright.
They are 1 1/4" thick and will give a small rise. Original cables should be fine.
The issue is that european distros on ebay state that they are not TBW notched, but I contacted LA Choppers and they replied that they are indeed. I contacted one of the distros to clarify it, better be safe than return it overseas.
Local HD dealership here in San Diego. Id do it but would like to see a fairing before i actually do it
Can't say I like that look at all! (But that's just me) The tall skinny riser part of the bars looks weak compared to stock. And the wire sleeving is a mess.

I agree w/ you on this, but I'm just glad someone has taken the plunge to try it out. If I had the money for bars right now, I would be the one doing it. I just dropped a pretty penny on my stage 1 goodies and am waiting for the man in the brown truck to deliver them. Bars will be next I hope.
I'd like to see the Rusty Butcher setup on the stock Fat Bob front end. The Hard Case Performance risers look like they'd be a bit beefier looking.
