I have an 09 NT with 77k miles, stock 96", stage 1, and still runs strong. The only thing I have had to replace is the compensator, which I did around 70k miles, and a new transmission at 20k, which was covered under warranty.
Just curious what you guys with 50k and more miles have had issues with and what you did get those issues fixed.
Anyone over 120k miles with no issues?
Over winter it might be time to look at things like lifters, timing gear and the like.
You've done really well so yea it'd be a shame to have something go out at the start of the riding season hey !

a good friend who is one hell of a touring madman. 150 k on 2012 RGS Clutch and compensator had gone south and the belt was worn but thats it.He is a stickler for schedule maintenance, dropping synthetic at 3000miles ( I guess.... I do mine at 7k and I run Amsoil, he runs Schaffer) but if manual says to change something at so and so miles ,he's on it. Every 1500 miles he drops FI cleaner in it, writes down all gas entries and or anything done to his steed. Seems to work, 150k is the most Ive seen on one with any thing major going wrong.I will admit he will cruise high speeds but never shifts anything above 3500rpm wont do any fast take offs, he for a lack of a better word doesnt BEAT on it .

I put 160,000 km(the speedo pic of my profile) roughly 100,000 Miles on a '04 Heritage but unfortunately crashed it. At 140,000 approximately I went to gear drive but still could have gone longer on the cam chain tensioners. Nothing went wrong with that machine except the nut attaching the seat to the bars failed and it ended up a write off.
My '11 Deluxe has 62,000 km and I recently did the compensator sprocket.
I use Dino oil and change engine oil at 4000 and the other two fluids at 8000km. Spring it gets new fluids regardless of mileage.
