Saw one on the road while in Daytona a few weeks ago. Pulled up next to the guy on my black 2010 deluxe and he was checking out my bike hard.

HA HA !! Just my opinion . . . Right??!!

Well, if it makes you feel better (I'd) have taken it.
No ! Not really. I might have stood there by it til you got
back, Just to keep any body from seeing keys sitting there
and maybe gettin' stupid.

How many times have we seen someone shut the eng off with the
kill switch, leaving their H/L on & walking away.
Ya hate to touch someone elses scooter to shut the Ign/Sw off.

Bike was stil there when I got out of the store to fit all the goodies in the too small bags of my Heritage. Picked up the keys off he seat...Even thieves don't like the flat red primer color. Best security measure I've ever had. I'm sure loving this color.

Lolololol. I appreciate that. I deffinitely had a senior moment. Nice thing about the "primer" for you would be ready to custom paint it.

One thing about the new Softail is no more switch so no way to accidentally leave it on. In fact sometimes I shut it off and wish I still had the lights and electrics on separately like before without re-priming the fuel pump/injectors etc. I like old switches.

re; Sr moments - join the club. we've got jackets (Where'd I put my jacket?)

re; Paint. I wonder how the 115 Aniv paint will look

re; Ign Sw. How does that work? The 18 I demo'd, I just pushed
the start button & went, thinking I'd REALLY have to read the
owners manual on this model.

Ha. Yes to all above! There's just the run/kill switch....then the starter button. Don't think there's an accessory mode anymore either....

Now if I could just find my glasses....

The Deluxe still looks good and not blacked out etc.
pretty funny to hear the preference of star trek indicators over 1930s EL styling of the Heritage. To each his own. Live long and prosper checkers. 👍😁😂😂😂

I'll have to take better notice of them when I look again. I was actually looking at the Heritages next to a couple Deluxe's. I was so disappointed in the Heritage I just took a step back look at the Deluxe. Did not look at all the details.

I asked my dealer to let me know when they got a new Deluxe in. They called last week to say that they hadn’t forgot about me, and apologized for not knowing exactly when they would get one in.
