Thanks for the great feedback. If I go with the 422’s I’d definitely do the RAP. Been talking with the wife about just doing the Shotgun and I might be able to swing it so I’m gonna be patient and see if I can make that work first.

If you can go straight to the Shotgun, do it.
I have the Shotgun shock set-up now, and have modified the wiring to work with the mounted 2 toggles switches and a 4 button remote fob.

Progressive 442s with RAP and mono-tubes in the front is what I went with. Works lots better than stock on my Deluxe.

I have 422 w/RAP on my softail. I love the adjust-ability. I bought the HD's and that was a bad decision. I only weigh 165# and the HD's are hard as a rock. I just purchased a new set of springs and are having them changed out. If you ride 2 up a lot, best go with the HD springs!

Yeah if I do the Progressives im gonna call them first and check on the HD or regular to make sure. Id think at around 350 lbs combined your prolly right about the HD though.

If I'm not mistaken the HDs are for >250 .lbs.
But at 350 you differently want to go with the HDs.
