Check with Open Road Outfitters. Dale may have one or can build you one. He is making one for my 2018 Heritage as we type. Great guy and quality product. I had one of his hitches on my 08 Heritage. http://www.openroadoutfitters.com/
Edit: After looking at your bike, a hitch would be very difficult. Your license plate bracket would be in the way and, the whole hitch would be exposed due to your short fender. Would not be attractive but, you could remove the hitch when not in use. That license plate bracket would still be an issue.
