Default Detachable Hardware

Looking to go full detachable bags and sissy bar on an 01 Heritage. I've been going thru the Harley book, but none of the current hardware indicate that both the bags and the sissy bar can be removed with one kit.
Can someone shed some light on this for me Please.

I have fully detachable bags and back rest on my 17 HSTC. Its a series of skus that work together. To remove the bags is one kit, the back rest is another. The kits work in tandem. These are HD OEM parts.

When I did the detachable sissy bar upgrade, I didn't do the removable bags. The dealer, when I bought the parts, made it clear that the sideplates are different if you want to remove both. Bar removable only is one kit, but removing both is a different kit. 2016 Heritage, in my case.

I'd like to know what you come up with. I have a '13 Heritage and would like to do the same, more so on the backrest.
