I have an 02 Heritage Springer with 65000 on the clock. Thinking about selling it as I don't ride it much, having too much fun on the 18 Heritage. I know, and the Springer is a beautiful bike and I get lots of compliments when I ride it but I can't decide whether to hang on to it or not.
Thanks! Here is a before pic. Close to 100K on it at the time. I swapped tins last summer. Rolled over 110K last week. I bought it used in 2008 with 5,877 miles on it.
And a pic from Epic Journey 2014, the road worn look in Birch Bay, WA. lol.
Quick question for you. In the 110K miles that you have had it how many time have you serviced the front end? I got just around 30K on my and have serviced the front end twice.

I'd say keep it! Ride it when you can. They are a dying breed. I don't think HD will ever make another one. You also have the Heritage springer which is the best springer in my opinion.

Every 10K is recommended in the service manual and I pretty much stick to that. I've gone over by 2-3K a couple of times.
I serviced it last week and the rocker spherical bearings are just now showing signs of needing replacement. They will be replaced at the next service.
Guttah add my 2 cents...had a springer on my 49 Panhead hardtail , rode it for 20 years...spray lube was the only springer maintenance during that time..ZERO issues...
Today , have a springer on my 05 TC softail , 12K of ' old man ' miles and still ZERO issues...
Must be doing something right...
I usually dribble a few drops of machine oil on the rockers and other pivot joints. Plus pump grease in it in the summer when it heats up and hooses out
