Default Passenger Pegs

I have a 2016 fatboy and the passenger peg keeps falling down during rides. Seems a little loose, but there doesn't seem to be any way to tighten it. Any suggestions?

I had the same thing happen. Had to go get a new spring washer. I should've bought multiples. Passenger pegs are sagging again after only a year.

I will preface this by saying I've never owned anything newer than an '07, so I might be wrong .There should be a D-shaped spacer/washer with a slight curve to it between the peg and the mount. Remove the bolt and it should fall out. With 2 pair of pliers (gently) bend the spacer a little more and re-insert. (bit of a PITA). That should increase the friction between peg and mount.

My Deluxe did the same thing, I went with a nut and bolt with the spring washer, a little tight but they stay in the up position.

J & P has the spring D washers that have a tab that makes them a little better than the HD ones. A bolt and nut is the sure cure.
