I posted this in the general forum, but figured I would add here as well. I am pretty confident it is for a softail, just not sure which era.
I bought this seat, it was advertised for a Softail Deuce. Buy. Pay. Receive. Doesn't fit a Deuce.
The shape and proportion look like it would fit a non-deuce softail as the deuce tank is too long. There is no part number on the seat, just the RDW 92/61-0067 which looks to be on many different seats.
Any help would be great, I would just like to do my best to identify and possibly resell. I just don't want to screw someone.
Or if some people with a 00-07 softail or evo softail could provide some measurements that I could check against this seat would be great.
Looks like a Harley Badlander seat. That model came stock on my '05 Night Train. It was pretty much a torture device. Only good for about an hour before my *** and back were hating me. It was one of the first things I replaced.
