Why did you have a new oil pump installed? Was the old one damaged and/or not working properly?

If I was going to have someone else replace my oil pump, I would have had all the lines connected prior to them doing their part, so they could check their work....

Simply put........If all the lines are run properly, with no pinching, and not plugged.... then you either have no oil, an internal engine blockage (cam plate/oil filter/etc), or the pump isn't working.......

More than likely your woodruff key fell out from your oil drive gear. That would be located inside of your cam cover.
I once messed with my oil pump and that little key come loose and fell out because nothing will stop the gear from sliding to the left once the oil pump is off/hence that woodruff key will fall out.

I guess i should say that the oil pump shaft will move to the right just enough for that key to fall out.
