Gas leak
This past weekend was Leesburg bikefest, about 2 hours South of Jacksonville. We go every year, and had this trip planned for a while.
I got up early Saturday morning, and pulled the bikes out of the garage to wipe them down. Noticed gas dripping from the quick connect fitting on my bike, so pulled the fitting to clean it up and see if I could stop the leak. When I put it back, the leak became worse. Put it back in the garage, and took the Triumph.
I picked up a new o-ring at the Harley dealer in Leesburg, but the guy at the parts center said it was a temporary fix. He said I should replace the line and the quick connect, or it will happen again.
Reading posts, it looks like this is fairly common. How many people have replaced the o-ring, and not had further issues?
On a positive note, now my wife understands why I NEED two bikes. Now I have to find a way to convince her I need three! I saw some nice bike while I was there.

You can install the VITON o´ring. I always had the problem of gas leak, and with the viton o´ring, no more leaks. I continue without problem a lot of time.

You can install the VITON o´ring. I always had the problem of gas leak, and with the viton o´ring, no more leaks. I continue without problem a lot of time.
