I’m having an issue hope someone can help with correcting. The front brakes went out and I found a leak in the brake line. I changed it out and I’ve bled the master cylinder, line and caliper with no air from the bleeder. However, as soon as I take off down the road I lose the brakes again and cannot seem to figure out the issue. Is there something unique to motorcycle brakes when bleeding than those on a car or truck? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Warped rotor, pushing the piston calipers out too far once you are moving?
Just a wild guess, you haven't provided information provided to diagnose. What exactly do you mean by "brakes went out"?

I suggest keep pumping; it may take a while. I had the rear brake light switch replaced on my bike and of course that opened the system. When I got the bike back the brakes worked, but the brake pedal was almost going to the floorboard. After a day or two of riding and using the brake, the engagement point on brake the pedal gradually came back up to its original postion.
Did you try reverse bleeding? That should push any air from the caliper back to the master.
Yes, that’s how I originally filled/bled the system after I changed the line. I’ve bled the system at the master cylinder and I think there’s just air in the system I haven’t gotten out yet.
