1992 FLSTF Headlight & Running lights Out
Hi my special 1992 Fat-Boy (Only 33 ever painted in this special color and Decal in 1992) Headlights & Running Lights have gone out? Blinkers, tail lights, brakes and starting up is all perfect with no problems. Please if Possible tell me what I should be Checking on first without pulling the tanks with my volt meter. All 15 amp breakers check good, and grounds to all seem to be fine so I do have the Headlight out and both running lights out and getting no power to the either.

First thing I'd recommend doing is pulling the ignition switch out and taking it apart to clean ALL the contacts and springs. If any of the contacts are worn (ignition contact for instance) swap the worn contact with the "acc" position contact. You'd be surprised how many issues are solved just by taking the switch apart and cleaning it as well as swapping the worn ignition contact. Not saying that is your problem but if it were mine, that is the first thing I would check. And it doesn't cost a dime.
