2007 Softail Standard acts as if the fob isn't present.
My 2007 Softail acts as if the fob isn't present. I've switched to my new fob and still acts as it's not present. I've called the dealership and got nowhere.
I've seen talk of a anttenia on here. Does my Softail have a anttenia?

Not taken as being that way
yes that was the first thing I did on both fobs.

Make sure the battery is in the right way. If it is correct, and you are sure the battery is fresh, put the fob on the seat, towards the back. If that doesn't work, try the pin code.

The antenna is a block that sits on top of the fuse box. It's about 2"long x3/4" square. The pin works.
I'll go buy some more new batteries and hope for the best. I did have a fuel management system put on. Don't remember if that's wen the issue began.
