Default Electrical Advice

Brand new in here seeking advice, forgive my lack of protocol.... I own a customized Softail 1995 Evo titled as a 2001 Special Construction. Hasn't been ridden since my accident in 2013 and I intend to bring back to life. I know I may need to rebuild my carb, etc... I am also replacing my damaged fatbob tanks with a Sportster peanut. I know I know.... I like that ol' school Frisco rat look..... but anyway.... I might have gotten into more than I bargained for. I'm not an electrician and when I removed my tank/dash I found more canisters and chicklets and wires that I know what to do with. The ignition switch I plan to relocate to the horn mount vicinity (or just a toggle switch). The leads for the speedo lights, etc won't be in use so I plan to just tape them off and tuck away. There are other components, what appears to be circuit breakers (maybe a turn signal module?), I'm not sure what to do with. Tuck under the seat??? Wondering if anybody has any experience with what I'm attempting to do..... where is a good location for these components and what are they????

Way to much **** under there to just wing it.
The silver boxes with 2 bolts (should be 3) are the circuit breakers. The black box under the
speedo is the turn signal module. The white with green tracer going to the TSM is the self canceling feature.
There's no easy place to hide all the stuff under there.

Ranger73 Thanks.... That's what I figured. To make things worse, it's already been customized by somebody else with modifications such as custom turn signals (no self canceling). I'm trying to keep everything in tact but just rerouted somewhere. If I recall on my Sporty the breakers were under the seat,, but I don't remember. I'll get it!!!

I haven't received the tank yet, but it's looking like it will sit tall on the backbone where the mounts are. I'm hoping there's enough clearance in the tank's tunnel to hide the circuit breakers, etc....
