I am trying to remove/uninstall the Voltage Regulator from the bike. The service manual says: "Rotate connector locks out of the way and disconnect Voltage Regulator connectors."
I have tried rotating but it doesn't budge. If I try more, I am afraid it will snap off. Can anybody tell me if these are permanently sealed to the Regulator and that the shop manual may be wrong/outdated? Or, is there a special trick I need to employ to get these off so I can free the Regulator from the wires?
