Probably the best way to find out is to return to where you had your hands on the demo bike and ask the dealer (or whoever made the demo) if they will fit your bike and what cable changes are necessary.
On my '18 Cherry, the handlebars are a stock mini-ape to start. Only wanted to move them back one inch. Just made it with existing cables using adjustable pivoting risers. Not much slack available. So draw your own conclusions.
