I was at the dealer yesterday and he said that if you do any aftermarket items to the bikes exhaust excetera they will deny in engine problemI claim. he also said he had a guy in last week with an engine problem who took a set of Vance & Hines off and replaced it with stock brought it into the dealer. Harley-Davidson sent in the tech rep and they determined that the map it's been changed so they knew that he had a set of pipes on there and denied his claim
Harley sales are down in this is another reason why heart is going to struggle with these kinds of issues less people are going to buy bikes. I would never ride a Harley without at least a stage 1 and so I won't be buying a new bike anytime soon.

Harley won't deny claims on their own stage equipment. Stage it within the confines of dealer recommended parts and you're fine. All of their staging systems clearly state it won't void the warranty. Pipes don't typically void warranty. It's the aftermarket maps that get you.
Congrats on the new bike. Enjoy the hell out of it and looking forward to your posts and pictures of your new 114.
As for your old stage 5 Breakout warranty story, I suggest leaving the past behind and just enjoy your current bike. All of the old arguments will come back going down that road and a lot of fun will be missed.
Loving my 114 Heritage with stage 2 torque cam (fully warrantied) with 8,200 miles on it now since last November. These bikes are amazing.
Hope you have a blast Jessica!

I have always hated the Fatboy look. The huge front shock towers and large tire always looked terrible to me. However, your 2018 is a NICE looking machine, I like it
I love the factory wheel on the back. Looks similar to the Breakout. I think those are the nicest wheels HD ever made. Nice choice!
