Screamin Eagle muffler issue on '93 FLSTN

Screamin Eagle muffler issue on '93 FLSTN
Hi from Italy, i hope someone will be able to help me.
I bought few days ago my 93 FLSTN with apparently original manifold and Screamin Eagle mufflers, when i taked a look i realised that the clamp between muffler and manifold hide the hole for the rear footrest.
For sure the muffler's support tube isn't HD original but even if i will fit the original, the hole will be hided anyway from the clamp....so i don't understand how to solve.
Could be a wrong Screamin Eagle muffler? (not for my bike model)
