2018 Deluxe FLDE - Recall Rear Fender Tail Light Assembly Replacement

Was called in by my local HD agent to have my Rear fender & tail light assembly replaced under warranty for my VIN. Although the external appearance is identical, apparently the strengthening behind has been improved. I have a real early 2018 my FLDE Deluxe built 07/2017, so maybe only affects very early build dates. Personally i’d had no issues but can only read into this that others have ... maybe with significant rear loads ... pillions & luggage? Anyone else heard of this issue?

My ‘18 Deluxe was built 11/2017. I haven’t received a call or letter yet.

My Heritage is an early build. Haven’t gotten a letter, but rear fender seems thinner than I’d like. Going to ask about it at my 10,000 mile service coming up...

Does any of y'all's rear fender viberate or shake alot especially on start up? Mine does and I never have thought much about buy now wondering if others are like this.
