I need to adjust the steering head nut on the 07 Heritage. What is the trick to removing the plastic cap that covers the nut. It is loose, but I can only screw it out so far before it hits the riser. Do I have to take the handle bar assembly off? Is there an easy solution I am not seeing, or is this another master engineering concept of HD?
