Rinehart
TAB
V&H
RCX
Bassani

....all are pretty good.

Is it true you loose power with 2 into 2 vs 2 into 1?

You don't necessarily "lose" power as much as you don't reach full potential. 2 int 1 systems will help you untap more power that a dual system will.
