Cable Lube

I am looking at lubing my throttle cable and was wondering what people are using? What do you recommend and what procedure is used to do it?

I use BreakFree CLP for all my cables, disconnect and spray with a straw from the top.

I used to use BreakFree on firearms until I realized that the reason they said to shake before use was that the teflon in it would separate from the liquid. If it does that in the bottle it'll separate on the parts it's lubing. Not good.

I now use good old Mobile 1 for cables and what have you. I even use it on guns, not that I own any guns mind you.
