hi all , i have just bought a 1980 fxb but it has lace wheels and a bob tail rear , i know before you say its not a fxb the frame digits and motor say so , my question is did the fxb come any other way i have seen the pics of the fxb sturgis and mine is different

The Super Glides, Lowriders etc had the regular full fender.
So did the Sturgis, The LR & the Sturgis had the mags.
Super Glide's were spokes. The FXWG had the flip (ducktail)
Rr/Fender and spokes. There were a few WG's that had
mags. That was 81 I believe. Then in 82 the dual disc
went away. There was a WG that had the solid (Centerline)
looking rear wheel, but a 21" frt spoke.
