just bought a 1990 fat boy - first year. Looking to get touch-up paint for a few small spots. Looked online and found that in 1990 HD made light silver and diamond ice. Anyone know how i find out the color of the fat boy?
well i got lucky. a little deeper interwb search located the color..."Fine Silver Metallic" and a part number 98600HW. of course, i can't find anyone who makes it. I may have to take a part down to my painter and have him scan it and mix some up. i only need a little touch-up paint.

That is what we had to do with the superglide we have at home. Parts will be ready this friday after a couple of weeks of waiting. I believe it's the best way.
So just found that Colormania.com has the color listed on their website. I sent an email to them and will follow up with a call to them tomorrow.
Did you get any response from Colormania? I've heard conflicting reports about them, from they're out of business to they're great to they'll take your money and never call you back...
