I couldn't find an oak box that would work, so did the next best thing (for me). Pelican Case 1170. Drilled some tiny holes in the structural gussets so that I didn't have to compromise the integrity of the box's seal. Added a Harley key ring logo.
i never thought i would say this, but i just ordered a couple yoga blocks.
im going to do this but probably put them in a bag so i can put stuff on top of the blocks.
great idea you had
Thanks. The bag is a good idea.
I traded in my seat to Saddlemen for one that has a built-in removable backrest, so my blocks are sitting on my workbench. Hopefully won't need them anymore. My new seat should be here on Wednesday. It was somehow easier phsycologically to pay for it this way, rather than shelling out the big amount all at once. That's also why I rarely run the gas tank in my car and truck below half a tank before filling up. Mind games.
