Hi, I'm looking to change my stock risers on '08 Deluxe, to get my bars about an inch or so, up and back. Checked HD site and some net searching, can't seem to locate the Deluxe style risers other than stock (pic attached). Any pointers in the right direction
for buying appreciated.
HD part #56226-09, https://www.harley-davidson.com/stor...each-handlebar you will need a new upper bar clamp, I put these on my 16 Deluxe with no cable or wire extensions, I looked these up using your year Deluxe, HD says they fit. Good luck. Ride safe
Thanks much for the reply jkinner. Yehh, I saw these bars/risers and they would work, but the risers are the old stock style not like the pic above, I guess they don't make pull backs in this style. :-)
I used them with my stock handle bars, they are not as hefty as the stock risers in your pic but they move your bars back an inch and up 1.5 which I was my goal, The dealer put in neoprene bushings during the install.

Yes, I've used those on my '03 Low Rider, and '06 Softail to good results for my riding comfort, eliminated neck//shoulder/midback pain. I think I'm gonna have to get different Bars if I wanna keep the stock style risers. PS: neoprene bushings sound like the way to go.
