Like most of the other responses... I luv mine. Cars, boats, bikes... Any machine is going to be subject to some problems... from the effects of so-so dealer assembly to those of over-use or lack of care. Gotta expect less than perfection and be happy when there isn't anything major to complain about. No complaints w/ mine.
No problems with my 07 Heritage. I freak'n love that bike. I have heard over and over the 07's are the worst sled ever created and I could never understand why. Good to see others agree with me.
19,500 miles on my 07 Fat Boy and not one problem. I rode it 3,000 miles stock and it was extremely HOT, but that was fixed when I changed to high flow air filter, fuel pak, and VH Big Radius 2-1 pipes....heat was gone, torque and power went up a little bit and it ran great.
Bike has gotten better as I ride it more since it has loosened up a lot now. Brakes feel great, engine runs awesome. 2007's are fine...don't believe the BS
3,500 on my 07 Fat Boy and not one issue.
In fact I can honestly say it has surprised me how much I am enjoying it and how well it seems to be put together. I have probably washed it about 30 times and I can't find anything to fault HD.
