Default Vibration between 15-25 mph

Hello all, i have a 2000 heritage and i am getting some vibrating in between 15-25 mph.

It happens when i am braking, when i just coast down into those speeds (no brakes applied), and if i pull the clutch and coast at those speeds i feel it too. I just want to foot stomp that this is not a wobble, it feels more like a cellphone vibrating than anything else, except it goes through the whole bike.

Only thing i have done since the last time i rode it is put a new 18” rear wheel on. I have never felt this before and i have had this bike for about 2 years.

Any ideas?

First thing to check is your tire pressure(s) to ensure everything's good. Next, look into the balancing of that rear wheel you installed...is everything aligned & tight?

tire pressure is good checked that before my ride. Everything seems pretty tight, i double checked the caliper, rotor, and axle to make sure they were torqued to spec. And the wheel alignment is good.

Can i check the wheel balance while still on the bike? I am guessing no, but gotta ask :-)

Check whatever serves as lug nuts if such a thing. I ride, but don't maintain my tires; use a mechanic.

But I had a car one time, did my own brakes, didn't tighten all the lug nuts well. It was just like you describe.

Check them spokes! I had a Sportster that drove me nuts with a vibration. Ended up being loose spokes.

There was a similar thread a while ago and the issue was a bad tire that balancing would not correct. Had to replace the tire.
Just a thought...
