Default 2006 Nightrain wheel question

I have an 06 Train with the factory 200mm rear tire. I am looking at getting new wheels, possibly front and rear. I know the stock rear wheel is 17" but I am unsure of what side wheel/tire I can go with as far as aftermarket applications. Any ideas of wheel sizes tire combos that will fit in the stock fender? Any links would be great!
Thanks

2.15 for the front, and either 6.00 or 6.25 for the rear.
Some guys use the wider 3.50 with a bigger tire in the front, but I feel it looks out of place and makes the bike lookfront heavy.
