(I have an 97 Custom and had a siren and pager installed today. The dealer just handed me the key fob and sent me on my way with no instruction on how to use the alarm and pager. So when I got home I pulled the instructions out of the packet and read them. Ok, simple enough to turn it on and off. I set the alarm, the siren chirps a couple times and the pager vibrates with all the cute little flashing lights. I bump the bike - nothing. I bump it harder - nothing. I lift the bike off the stand and straighen it out - nothing. Am I missing something? Is there anything else I need. I figured since the 07s come with a built-in security system all I needed was the siren and pager. When I move the bike the lights don't flash either anymore.
Update: Ok, I'm stupid. I had the fob on my belt - duh.[:@]
