Not just any I think you need a specific trim ring that fits over the stock ring. I "think" this is the one if you have an HD nacelle: Part Number 69733-05.

The other posters are correct, that is what is called a front nacelle (often called freight train front end). It is simply a chrome plated cover that goes over the headlight and makes everything look like one piece. It is an upgrade and not "stock" on FatBoys, although it probably is a stock H-D part.
