Default Blinker issues

I have a 08 heritage softail and my right blinker stays on and blows the accessory fuse. I have torn my bike apart looking for bare spots in the wires. I cant find anything. It will be fine for awhile riding then itll act up and stay blinking. I recently changed the voltage regulator. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Had a similar problem years ago, turned out it was a faulty flasher unit, can't remember whether it had 2 units one for each side of the bike or whether one unit did the lot.

Did you install a new bulb? Chased an issue in a car once, but I assumed since the bulb would still light up, it was a short somewhere else. Turned out it was just a bad bulb.
