Bluetooth headset in the helmet. Cup holder, I can't help

 

I also use a quad lock system. the mount is small (about 1"x2") so its not too noticeable. I was skeptical at first because it seemed a bit expensive, but am very pleased with how handy/sturdy its been the past couple of years.
also have a mount in my truck, its nice to be able to clip the phone into whichever ride I'm taking. the case gives your phone a bulge in the back, but overall the case is slimmer than the otter box I had before.

 

I got the sticky-mount, cut a hole in my OtterBox, and it goes through. The "smooth" case that QuadLock sells, it had no grip. So I bought that free mount, stuck it to the inside frame of the OB, and then the hole in the rubber case lets it stick through.
