Default Ness light drop down kit

I saw a picture of a Springer like mine and the headlight was dropped to just above the fender. The owner said it got it from an ad in one of the bike mags. Google is not my friend when it comes to this. The Ness website does not even show it. Anybody else seen it and know where I can get one?

That would be it. He said it was Arlen Ness but it is really Roland Sands, which explains why I could not find it. Thanks for your help.
