Looks like peak torque of 111 ft/lb at 3750 rpm and peak hp of 101hp at 5600 rpm. AFR is close to 13:1 (probably should be a little lower than that, but that is a tune setting)
The motor is a Screaming Eagle 110. First chart was with just a stage one, Vance and Hines Pro Pipe 2-into-1, the standard high-flow air intake that comes with the S models, and a Power Vision tune.
Second chart was after new S&S heads, lifters, adjustable pushrods and their 585 cam. I'm happy with the power gain, but still, it seems like there should have been a little more ooomph.

For heads, cams and a new tune to only gain 6 hp and 7 tq something is not matched up correctly or the tune is off or the new heads and cam were not really any better than those you replaced.
The SE heads and cam were matched for that engine which is a HD performance part to deliver a reliable high performance engine, probably the replacement heads and cams were not much different based on the changes.

A lot of $ and work for 6 hp
That^
A sprocket and pully change could really make a seat of your pants difference, if that's what you are looking for.
Always keep in mind that a dyno run is full throttle (WOT) in 4th or 5th gear for the whole pull. Unless you drag race your bike, chances are very slim you will operate your bike like it was on the dyno. WOT Peaks may not change much, but off-idle and part throttle performance can change a bunch.

Agreed. I had done only the cam, lifters, pushrods and tune. That's what the first chart reflects. But then the engine broke down about a week after that was done. Bent valve.
Weak valve springs on the Screamin Eagle heads are a known defect.
Make a long story short, Speed's Performance Plus, which did the work, threw in new S&S heads for free, and did a new tune. That's what the second chart reflects.
