If you go black you'll never go back. Besides there's virtually no chance of a black ceramic coated pipe going blue on you, and they tend to work better and feel cooler because the ceramic insulates the pipe from the exhaust gasses better.
Did I mention my bars and rims are getting powdercoated black as soon as I buy my chrome controls. Not sure if this will sway anyone either direction. I really don't have a gut feeling about either. My wife likes chrome. Only concern about black is the ceramic coat is kind of a flat black, and all other black on the bike is glossy.

I would need to see the bike with the new bars and wheels first. But I don't know if I would go with the black if it will be flat and everything else is glossy. IMO

If you're going black, get the black pipes. Having a half/half bike doesn't look very good IMO. Either chrome or black should be the dominant exterior.
From your sig pic WARG I'd say chrome. I also agree with mimo. If your going to get a 2 into 1 go with the Thunderheader man. My buddy has one on his 03 Fatboy and is way stoked!
