Default Footboard problem
The rubber ******* broke on my footboard. What can I use to reattach them?

Losing battle trying to repair those . I would just order new one's , cheap enough for how long they last . Part # 50614-91A Floor board pad .

Not a lot of options. Could possibly get some silicone around each nub where it meets the top side of the foot board. Wait for it to cure. Then put some more around each nub on the floor board underside. Wait for cure. Or just go buy some new rubbers. The ones you have have seen their day.

Only adhesive that comes to mind that may work is shoe/boot glue. That stuff is amazing. Probably wont last forever, but only stuff I would try.

I`ve gone through many sets of these in the past 31 years on my Softail, just replace them.

Shoe Goo. I did mine and it works great. You can get it at Walmart in the shoe section

Mine are doing the same thing and you can’t fix them. Just buy a new set at HD.

Replace rubber in the front and one close to the engine and the rest acorn nuts...Or acorn nuts on the outside ... Acorn nuts. Flat screw washer
the top and acorn nuts on the bottom.. Let the sparks fly
